Information on the website about services, the fleet and the area of operation is general in nature. We reserve the right to change and supplement it.

Submitting a quote request or any other enquiry via the website, email or phone does not create a contract of carriage or an obligation to provide or order the service.

The terms, price and schedule of a specific service are agreed in the RTX Lines OÜ quote, order confirmation or contract. An agreement becomes binding only once it has been confirmed by both parties.

Please provide accurate and up-to-date information about the trip (dates, times, route, number of passengers, luggage and other needs). The quote is based on the information provided by the client, and if it changes, the terms of the quote may also change.

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy and the use of cookies on the cookies page.

Unless agreed otherwise, matters are resolved under applicable Estonian law.
